Wolven Labs is a startup launch studio based in the UK. Our website address is wolvenlabs.com. You can contact us at studio@wolvenlabs.com.
What data we collect
When you submit an application via our Apply form, we collect your name, email address, project description, and the information you provide in the form. We do not collect this data for any purpose other than evaluating your application and communicating with you.
How we use your data
Your application data is used solely to assess fit, respond to your inquiry, and initiate a working relationship if both parties agree to proceed. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties. We do not use it for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Email communications
When you submit an application, we send a confirmation email via Resend (resend.com). Your email address is processed by Resend for delivery purposes only. We do not add you to any mailing list without your consent.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics (plausible.io), a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies, does not track you across websites, and does not store personal data. No consent banner is required for Plausible under GDPR or UK ICO guidance.
Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies. Our site uses session storage only to track whether the preloader animation has been shown (a purely technical preference).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email studio@wolvenlabs.com.
Data retention
Application data is retained for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted unless a working relationship has begun, in which case data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 5 years for legal compliance.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with the revised date.
